Suluban Beach is a surf spot with a beautiful white sandy beach for all surfers to enjoy surfing activities. Suluban Beach’s wave is characteristic similar to Uluwatu Beach, with the big, powerful and barrel wave which fascinates surfers.
The beach is blessed by the stunning view of the Indian Ocean with a tranquil atmosphere and a spectacular late afternoon sunset that makes for a romantic feel.
The beach access is very unique, because we must pass a gap between rocks with the body crouched (Mesulub = Balinese word means bow).
There are many surfers visiting this surfing point to explore the great wave from April to August. It is strategically located on the white stone hill and is rapidly growing due to the beautiful scenery and public facilities.
Some souvenir shops were there to offer interesting souvenirs to bring home and complete this beach as a Bali tourist destination.
Suluban Beach is located in the village of Pecatu, sub district of South Kuta, Badung Regency and province of Bali, Indonesia. This surfing point is located on a white hillside with amazing views of the Indian Ocean and the spectacular sunset.
It’s approximately 30 minutes from Denpasar Airport or five minutes to the Temple of Uluwatu, a famous tourist destination on God Island. Located in Uluwatu Surf Spot, it is close to other famous surf spots like Uluwatu Beach, Bingin Beach, Padang-padang Beach, Dreamland Beach, Impossible Beach and Balangan Beach.
