What If I Stay Outside the Popular Pickup Areas?
Standard pickup and drop-off are available in:
Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur and Ubud.
If your location is outside these areas, please contact us for availability and any additional cost.
Do You Offer Half-Day Service?
This service is available for full day only (up to 11 hours).
Unused hours are non-refundable.

You pay only the agreed price, which already includes the vehicle, driver service, fuel, and taxes.
What If I’m Not Satisfied with the Service?
Your comfort matters to us. If you are not satisfied:
- You may request a driver or vehicle replacement
- You may cancel remaining service days without penalty
All vehicles are reliable and fully air-conditioned, and our drivers are carefully selected.
What If I Don’t Like My Driver?
You may request a substitute driver or cancel the remaining service days with no cancellation fee.
You are free to continue the service only as long as you are happy.
How Do I Choose the Places to Visit?
You can plan your itinerary directly with the driver on the day of the tour.
Choose from our suggested routes or follow your own custom itinerary — the choice is entirely yours.
Can You Pick Me Up from the Airport?
Yes, if you are using the full-day service on the same day of arrival.
For airport-to-hotel transfer only, we recommend using official airport taxis. You can start our service the following day.
Can I Travel Around All of Bali?
Yes. Extended routes and overnight tours to areas such as:
Lovina, Amed, Tulamben, Pemuteran, Medewi, Gilimanuk, Kubu, and others may be arranged with a small additional charge. Please contact us in advance.
How Do I Pay?
Payment is collected when you meet the driver at your hotel or meeting point.
Payment method: Cash, or if you prefer cashless payment, online payment via 3D Secure Credit Card is also available.
