3.What is the best way to get to Angel’s Billabong?

To get to Angel’s Billabong, you must go to Nusa Penida Island, which can be reached by fast boat from a number of ports on the Bali mainland.

Regular speed boat services run between Nusa Penida and Sanur in South Bali, as well as Nusa Penida and Kusamba and Padang Bai in East Bali, on a regular basis.

6. When is the best time to go to Angel’s Billabong?

Because Angel’s Billabong is a beach, the ideal time to visit is during the island’s dry season, which runs from April to October.

However, the months of July to September are the best for visiting this beach because there is minimal rain and sometimes none at all.

9.The Danger of Angel’s Billabong

Angel’s Billabong, despite its natural beauty, could be a dangerous location to swim.

You should never approach the pool’s edge since large waves can appear out of nowhere and sweep you off the edge.

In recent years, there have been two accidents in Angel’s Billabong. A man from New Zealand died while attempting to stop his girlfriend from falling down the cliff. A local diver rescued the girlfriend, but the boyfriend did not have the same luck. A newlywed bride was on her honeymoon when she was involved in another mishap. The Perth women were swept down to the water by a similar abrupt wave.

Remember:

  1. Never swim near the pool’s edge since enormous waves can appear out of nowhere.
  2. If the current is high, avoid swimming in Angels Billabong (usually during rainy season)
  3. If you don’t feel confident in the water, don’t go into the pool at all.

 

10. Sunset Point at Angel’s Billabong
